With our experienced coaching staff we will have you competent in all elements of mixed martial arts in our bright, spacious and safe environment.

- Boxing gloves, preferably 14 or 16 oz
- MMA gloves 6 or 8 oz
- Shin pads
- Gum shield
Monthly Membership
Students pay a monthly membership, payment due on the 1st class of the month.
