Our Story
Studio Galera was founded in 2016 to bring world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Gymnastics training to Bandon, West Cork. Our mission is simple: create an environment that fosters discipline, respect, and personal growth.
Train With a World Champion
Studio Galera brings elite-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to West Cork. Led by Head Coach Galera, a BJJ Black Belt, European Champion, and World Police & Fire Games Champion, we offer authentic, top-quality instruction for students of all ages and skill levels.
Located in Bandon (just 30 minutes from Cork City), our facility offers programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids, teenagers, adults, and women, along with a recreational gymnastics program for children.
We believe that martial arts and gymnastics are more than just physical activities - they're pathways to personal transformation, building confidence, discipline, and respect.
Our Facility
Multi-Purpose Training Space
Multi-purpose training area with sprung floor system and professional martial arts mats for both BJJ and gymnastics programs.
Gymnastics Equipment
Inflatable equipment including tumble track, plus monkey bars, rings, climbing rope and bar station.
Location
Clean, comfortable training environment located at Unit 11, Bypass Business Park in Bandon, West Cork.
