By accessing and using Studio Galera's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Membership Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly on the date of enrollment
• 30-day notice is required for membership cancellation
• All membership fees are non-refundable
• Members must be in good standing to attend classes

Waiver of Liability

Participation in martial arts and gymnastics training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Studio Galera, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during training.

Code of Conduct

• Treat all members, instructors, and staff with respect
• Follow all facility rules and instructor guidance
• Maintain proper hygiene and appropriate attire
• Report any injuries immediately
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in membership termination

Class Policies

• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Notify the academy if you cannot attend a scheduled private lesson
• Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols at all times
• Children under 18 must have parental consent to participate

Termination

Studio Galera reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment of fees.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
